You have had enough and are ready to change. You are feeling motivated, but just need a clear structural program with guidance to get your life and health back on track. If you feel you do not need a detailed analysis, but would like to be accountable on a weekly basis, this is the program for you. You will still receive a Weight Loss Life Coach program and food diary – workbook described and detailed in Weight Loss Program. Maintenance Program. This is available if required and is available ONLY after completing either program A or B. |
This program is available only after completing A, B or C programs. It is accepted that it takes eight–weeks to break and create habits, and many of our clients can go it alone after eight weeks, however in some cases where a client needs to lose a lot of weight they can choose to stay on our maintenance support program until closer to their goal weight. At the end of each week, Maz will call you at a convenient agreed time, where your food diary is discussed at length and you are coached on all matters pertaining to your success, exercise and motivation. |
