This is a weekly coaching program where you call Maz at the end of every week for coaching on all matters pertaining to your success.

You have had enough and are ready to change. You are feeling motivated, but just need a clear structural program with guidance to get your life and health back on track.

If you feel you do not need a detailed analysis, but would like to be accountable on a weekly basis, this is the program for you. You will still receive a Weight Loss Life Coach program and food diary – workbook described and detailed in Weight Loss Program.


At the end of each week, you will call Maz at a convenient agreed time, where your food diary is discussed at length and you are coached on all matters pertaining to your success, exercise and motivation.
